The Pru Aescs NC-M d7-192 system is located in the Inner Orion Spur region, 9,188.03 LYs from Sol.
It is the 32nd survey candidate system in the original Canonn Challenge route, and was visited on day 36 of the Chronicles Expedition.
During the survey of this system an unregistered comms beacon was discovered in orbit of planet A 2 a, whose transmission, once decrypted, pointed to the abandoned Conflux Delta mission settlement on planet A 3.
Expedition objective: scan and catalogue P01-Type Anomalies.

Expedition Journal
According to the Pilot’s Federation Codex, P-Type anomalies are a range of phenomena characterized by intensely bright energy patterns. They are considered a form of notable stellar phenomena and have been found on or around Gas Giants with Water-Based Life or Water Giants with Water-Based Life.
The P01-Type Anomaly is described as a high-energy phenomenon comprised of a dark core with a bright halo and a ring of clouds. It’s bright green orb light source is easily identifiable in the shadowy areas of planetary rings which its known to inhabit. The core of the anomaly appears to be a high energy source which dissipates in intensity giving way to a gaseous or cloud like structure. The P01-Type Anomaly moves a lot less erratically than some of the other types of anomalies in the galaxy, choosing, instead, to stay in relative close proximity to the various types of Metallic Crystals found in the vicinity.
During the observation period there were no ship proximity experiments attempted.
During the survey of the system these other features were observed
Note: The date and location of the codex entry shown above may differ from that listed as the expedition objective for this Canonn Challenge system. The Codex records the first per region encounter for each organic structure a commander discovers. Some encounters occurred prior to the creation of the Canonn Challenge event.
