The Eodgorsts TX-C b13-3 system is located in the Inner Scutum-Centaurus Arm region, 10,907.02 LYs from Sol.
It is the 31st survey candidate system in the original Canonn Challenge route, and was visited on day 36 of the Chronicles Expedition.

Expedition Journal
According to the Pilot’s Federation Codex, Q-Type anomalies are a range of phenomena characterized by energetic central orbs. They are considered a form of notable stellar phenomena and have been found in rings on or around Gas Giants with Water-Based Life or Water Giants with Water-Based Lire. This type of anomaly will react strongly to ships that approach them too closely and will emit one of a variety of different energy pulses depending on type, according to sources outside the Codex system.
The Q-05 Type Anomaly is a bright light green orb whose light source is easily identifiable in the shadowy areas of planetary rings which its known to inhabit. The core of the anomaly appears to be a high energy source which dissipates in intensity prior to reaching an observable boundary. This boundary takes the form of an inner and then much larger outer bubble. The surface of both the inner and outer bubble demonstrate behavioral traits which are very similar to a traditional soap bubble. The Q-05 Type Anomaly moves a lot less erratically than some of the other types of anomalies in the galaxy but it is far from sedentary. During the observation period the Q-05 Type was noted meandering within a small and well defined area. It was not clear if the movement was a result of gravitational eddies from the proximity of the asteroids comprising the ring system, or if the anomaly’s energy field generates some form of propulsion.
The records of the ship proximity experiment were lost as a result of a catastrophic failure of the DBX True Bearing’s flight control system.
