The Cyuefoo LC-D d12-0 system is located in the Errant Marches region, 33,564.51 LYs from Sol.
Among explorers it is also known as “Manifest Destiny – The Western Meridian”.
It is, aptly, the 13th survey candidate system in the original Canonn Challenge route, and was visited on day 18 of the Chronicles Expedition.
Expedition objective: scan and catalogue L09-Type Anomalies

Expedition Journal
Arrived, finally, at The Western Meridian. A system which proved to be more of a navigational challenge than plotting a route around the permit locked systems near The Spirograph Nebula, requiring a 64Kly detour to take the jump range engineering of my trusty Diamondback Explorer all the way to the top of the G5 range. At least there should be no doubt of my commitment to the expedition at this point.
The level of energy expended and the amount of synthesis required to navigate the final stretches of the root was not insignificant. Would all the effort be worthwhile?, I wondered. This would be the first of many interactions with various anomalies on this expedition.
The L09-Type anomaly is a bright lime green cloud with an effervescent quality. It meanders around a small localized area within systems where it is found. During the observation period, no other noticeable traits were identified.
During the survey of the system these other features were observed
Note: The date and location of the codex entry shown above may differ from that listed as the expedition objective for this Canonn Challenge system. The Codex records the first per region encounter for each organic structure a commander discovers. Some encounters occurred prior to the creation of the Canonn Challenge event.
